Intimacy with God is the purpose of your existence; the very reason you are alive. How you show up in the world and find purpose begins with how you connect to God. Yet many people struggle to connect with Jesus in the daily moments of life. When we believe the myth that God is distant, we cut ourselves off from the very source of life, peace, and true fulfillment. 

The truth is, God is the initiator of all intimacy with Him; our job is simply to receive. Faulty mindsets, lack of understanding, or performance-based religion can all muddy up our view of God and stop us from seeing the ways He pursues us daily. Intimacy with Him brings strength to your identity, which is foundational to life. As you begin to live out true intimacy, you’ll learn to love yourself better, treat your family with greater kindness, and inspire those around you. Intimacy also leads to lifelong purpose. From this place of connection and vision, you will begin to change the world, one interaction at a time. In this E-Course, my heart is to unravel the mindsets that keep you from connecting with your Creator and help you discover the level of intimacy available to you now.

I’ve been a lover of Jesus since I was five years old and was called into ministry by the time I was a teenager. I’ve chosen to live my life in constant communion with my King. Whether it’s consulting Him for parenting direction or celebrating His goodness over finding my perfect dishrag, I discovered that loving Him endlessly is not only available, it’s abundant. Life flows from this measure of intimacy and I hope to help others find this same joy.

There’s more of God available than most people have experienced and I live to ignite a hunger in both believers and unbelievers that they too can know God and encounter His relentless pursuit. 

My husband, Tom, and I have been serving in full-time ministry for over nineteen years, with the privilege of being on staff at Bethel Church in Redding, California for over eleven of those years. We have two children, Joel and Adelyn, and it’s my greatest joy to invest in them, as well as develop leaders of this generation who carry the fires of revival. I am a student of the theology and nature of God and I love to refuel by reading and learning more about Him in my free time.
